"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything."
- Lao Tzu
Many people experience mental and emotional difficulties at some point in life.
Whatever your problem, a confidential listening ear, a caring, thoughtful, and non-judgemental response can help.
You may want to talk about your life, understand yourself better, make better choices, think about your past, present, or future.
Whether you are struggling to resolve an issue, or trying to make positive choices and decisions, fundamentally how we feel about ourselves is pre-requisite to understanding that attempting to control issues beyond our control can lead to feelings of failure, frustration and distress.
Our unconscious thoughts, processes and feelings can be transformed into powerful allies, and being honest with ourselves helps to reveal them. JLH can offer that confidential, neutral third party, with no pre-conceptions of the client but who will understand and help on the journey to self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-respect.
